Adam Erace

Only in his twenties, Adam Erace is one of the youngest major market restaurant critics in the country, a job he won for South Jersey’s Courier-Post while earning his degree in communications and marketing at the University of Pennsylvania. Corporate America beckoned after graduation, but Adam chose to go the route of the freelance writer. After all, a nine-to-five job would leave little time for leisurely late-morning breakfasts of butterscotch pancakes at Black & Brew. Also a critic for Philadelphia Weekly and contributor to Philadelphia STYLE, Adam spends his time exploring Philly’s ever-changing, ever-growing dining scene for the next great undiscovered dishes and reports his delicious findings for Around Philly. When not writing Adam enjoys SportsCenter, the South of France, brunch at Lacroix, veal parm from Marra’s, and WaWa strawberry milkshakes. He lives in South Philly.

Aubrie George

La Salle University unleashed Aubrie George into the real world all too soon in May of 2007. Fortunately the good people at Aroundphilly.com were there to take her under their wing as an editorial intern. This internship has been a God-send of a creative outlet that has affords her the opportunity to do what she loves (write) about what she loves to do (eat and drink). Aubrie loves food and loves fun, especially when those two things have everything to do with her favorite city of brotherly love.
